1. Natural look

The Cromleigh smooth slates have a natural look thanks to their serrated edges. This unique effect is achieved through a patented production process. SVK's Cromleigh slates are highly breakage-resistant and extremely strong. Thanks to these properties, this slate is a top seller on the market!

2. Environmentally-friendly coating

A double coating of paint is applied to the visible side and the edges of the Cromleigh smooth slate, based on an environmentally friendly, water-based acrylic resin. One coloured layer is applied to the back and this is then followed with a colourless resin layer that resists water absorption. Due to the specific moss-resistant elements in our paint, moss formation basically has no chance.

3. Dimensionally consistent & quick installation

Cromleigh smooth slates from SVK are dimensionally consistent in length, width and thickness. They do not require any prior sorting on thickness and can be installed straight away. This means huge time and cost savings.

4. Quality

SVK only uses the best raw materials to manufacture Cromleigh slates. Because of the specially selected, high-quality fibres and thorough pressing, SVK's Cromleigh roof slates are significantly stronger than the European standard (EN 492), which immediately explains their remarkably high durability.
